These traits provide a comprehensive overview of a candidate’s personality, which helps employers understand their behavior, adaptability, and potential fit for the role.
What are the Big Five personality traits?
The “Big Five” or Five Factors refers to the five major personality dimensions that psychologists have determined are core to our individual makeup. The Big Five personality traits are:
Openness
How open a person is to new ideas and experiences
Conscientiousness
How goal-directed, persistent, and organized a person is
Extroversion
How much a person is energized by the outside world
Agreeableness
How much a person puts others' interests and needs ahead of their own
Neuroticism
How sensitive a person is to stress and negative emotional triggers
How to get your Employees or prospective employees to take this test?
The candidate takes the online test on our portal after authenticating by entering an OTP received on his/her registered email address.
The test will present various personality statements to which the candidate has to rate himself/herself. See a sample screen shot of the test in the next slide.
At the end of the test we will send you the test report.
